1)  A seed stage venture, developed with top names in the hi-tech industry, has created in-depth plans for an online due diligence and matchfunding platform, and is now seeking a CTO and Web Developer. The ideal candidate/s will develop the specifications into a workable site and then manage the service's technology and developments.  This role is paying sweat equity upon results and is based in Google's Tech City, central London.  As soon as the required investment is acquired there will be a competitive salary.

2) Experienced Directors required to head a range of board level functionsincluding CEO and Sales and Marketing roles, building operational teams and growing business in France and elsewhere. These opportunities will bring a success based package of commission and profit share.

3) State of the art Mobile health technology company seeks a high level mentor who is expert in the hospital sector.  The role will be one day a month based in London. Share options are available to the right candidate immediately.  In the longer term the company expects to be able to supplement this with a wider remuneration package including salary.

4)  A new Spin-out company from Staffordshire University is seeking a Managing Director to join its company ready for product launch. The ideal candidate will have commercial skills, experience in global security and business intelligence markets, rapid market penetration and reaching C-Class executives to drive the direction of the company. The role will be part-time and can be remote, but the company office is in Stafford.

5) West country tech software company seeks business partners with corporate connections to implement commercialisation of a technology which will revolutionise online security.  The role can be part or full time and will involve working remotely.  The remuneration package will include a profit share on revenues delivered.
